If the clutch switch is like the older models, it will be near the top of the clutch pedal arm. The older ones had two wires on the connector. You could unplug the connector and put a jumper wire across the two ends to short it, which is what happens when you depress the clutch pedal.
I am betting you are having a problem with the alarm. You could have a bad relay or fuse that is not letting the engine kill ciruit disarm when you disarm the alarm system.
Admin had this problem on his 6.0 PSD last week and it turned out to be a bad relay in the alarm system. Changed relay truck started perfectly.
If you have a wiring diagram of the alarm system start tracking the relays and fuses.
Are you SURE your alarm is disarming? If so, then I would have to say that its the starter disable relay on the alarm, that is not allowing the starter to engage. Try putting your alarm in Valet Mode and see if that will fix it. Good Luck

I do not have any diagrams of the alarm wiring so I guess The first call is going to be the alarm guys.

Well it doesn't go off when I open the doors and it beeps when I disable it or enable the alarm.. Could be a relay, but not sure...
I thought of trying valet mode and that is the first thing I am going to try in the morning..hopefully that will work..

That is what I was thinking of doing but when I looked under there I couldn't see any switch on the pedal, but I didn't have my work clothes on to really get under there..
Look up by the ignition switch wiring and you will probably find some of the alarm wiring. Most of the wires should be tapped in, but the starter interrupt would have the factory starter wire cut in half and both wires run to either a relay or the alarm brain. If you find the wiring like this, try jumping the factory wire back together and it will probably start.
I would try jumping out clutch switch, if that doesn't work check to make sure the ignition wires are properly connected to alarm module. If they are follow the ignition wires to the module from column and jump out.

I tried it but it did not work..I don't want to blow out the alarm module so I think I am going to let it be until tuesday when they open..
Called the alarm guys... The came over and replaced one of the relays and all is well....
Took him about 15 minutes and it fired right up WOO HOO....
Thanks for all your help everyone...
That was the exact same problem that Tim (Admin) had with is about a week ago. I am not getting a feeling of confidence with the relays that some of the alarm companies are using.
What make and model is your alarm?

I have a Compustar alarm.. The guy said they have had a problem with those relays.. That is why he brought one with him...
Note: these relays are external to the Alarm module.. Probably made by some other manufacturuer than Compustar..
