E350 van fuse 11 need help!

Hello

I have an E350 1997 Econoline Van.

When I have the motor off, the brake lights work fine, and the hazards work.

After starting the vehicle, the brake lights, and hazards stop working.
And fuse #11 (20amp) is toast.

Any ideas?

I have replaced the brake switch.

which brake switch did you replace?

I changed the brake switch that is located behind the brake pedal.
Is there another one?
