Hello

Hi just wanted to say hello before I get to the real reason I'm here. It is nice to know that there is someplace to go to be able to read all of the info on this site and to be able to ask questions.

I have a 1988 F-150 XLT Reg. cab, with the 5 speed trans and in line 6.
My problem is when I turn off the key the truck keeps running, the indicator lights all stay lit but the steering wheel locks, after letting out the clutch and holding the brake to get the engine to shut off the truck will start right back up. Can anyone help me out with this. Thanks Gene
