Vibration...please Help
2000 F250 DIESEL 4X4, X CAB 83K AUTO
Truck has been to ford dealership and hade the following done,
new rotors, calipers, pads, trans flush, new wheels and tires, new ball joints, bearings, seals and hubs.
All cost 3k total, still have vibration! VERY UPSET!!!!
It is very quiet, and not very noticable.........feels like its coming from the trans area and can feel it through the gas pedal.
i just realized i hear it more when i go over bumps, but it does it on perfectly flat come highways.
it sounds and feels like an unbalanced washing machine., a slow but consistant rumble..................
i leaning toward something in the driveshaft/yolk area??
I was told trans and convertot are OK.
What else could it be?

I asked the same question not too long ago about my 2003 V-10 and got no where. Mine sounds like a slight rumble between 50-60 mph. Very annoying almost like a sub woofer at a low frequency. I'm trying to pin pont it so I don't have to spend tons of $$$$ trying to fix it. Someone here has to know what the h$ll it is.
