Tailgate

Gents,

I can use your help, I have an 86 BB XLT with the exterior spare tire carrier, does anyone if I can swap a tailgate off a late model BB to my Bronco. I trying to rebuild my daily driver.

Yes, Tailgates from 82-96 are all interchangable. When I bought a new one from Ford ($493) last year the part number is the same for these years.....

All Bronco tailgates from 78 and up are interchangable

Ive been told that all the way to 96 will fit. I had a 96 Bronco until someone hit me now I have an 85 and it came with an F-150 tailgate which fits just no window opt. I just bought it and cant wait to get that hooky thing replaced
