The code 32 is high driver's side airbag circuit resistance.
Usually it needs a new clockspring or "sliding contact". This is the piece that connects the steering wheel switches, airbag etc to the wiring of the column while allowing the steering wheel to turn. Not a big deal to change. Make sure you have the steering in the straight ahead position when you replace it though. You pull the steering wheel and column covers off then there are screws or clips that hold the clockspring in. After unplugging the wiring to it under the column it comes out easy.
