If you want all OEM parts, you'll need an axle and a bed from an F350 drw. If I were doing it, I'd just use the aftermarket conversion kit - I don't think there's a huge difference in the weight rating of your axle and that of an F350, and you'll still get the stability and the look. If you're going to just add the flares to your existing bed, I think you're going to need to cut out your current fender opening for clearance (look at a factory dualie bed, they're open all the way up to the flare). The narrower drw axles are from cab and chassis models - if you want to use those on a factory bed, you'd have to extend the fenderwheels farther toward the beds center, and I'm not real sure they'd even work with your frame anyway.
Do a search in this forum to find grill/headlight conversions - I think several posters here have updated that, and I'm pretty sure there are aftermarket kits available.
The climate control thing sounds like more trouble than it'd be worth to me, but if you get it done keep us posted - I'm sure lots of folks here would be interested.
Good luck.

The model im looking at getting is a 2004 F250 Supercab longbed. i want it looking like a true ford Dually. As for the wheels I realy want the 2006 Alcoa clasics. not sure if these are factory rims or if i can just buy them fro Alcoa them selvs?
I have a 2003 f350 dually the rear axle is 1/2 inch longer then the front if you take the 4 " spacers off the front. I'm converting to single wheel so if you need spacers and aluminum dually wheels let me know it isall coming off. you can keep your axle it will be fine . ? et me know i will swap you wheels and show you how put the spacers on could be done in a half day.
Yes, actually there is a huge difference between the rear axle load ratings of the F-250 SRW (and F-350 SRW) and the F-350 DRW. Like, 2000 pounds different.
