Found it
It is underneath the floor cupholders... and they do not look like they have screws but the bottom of the cup holders just have some rubber glued over the top of the screws. Pry that bottom up and there is a screw in each of the two cupholders.
Then there is 3 bolts holding it on and unplug the wires and there ya go.
