IDK if you can use the 05+ header panel and get your old grille to bolt in right.

no i dont think it would fit with the old grill and the 05 pannel, i got the 05 lights and grill but stuck with the older bumper think it looks better that way

I have a quick question. Are the 05 and 06 headlights and header the same? I'm thinking of a complete 05-06 upgrade since I need a bumper,grille and header anyway.

Yes they are the same from 05-07. The only differences in lights are the harley light(black inside) or standard light(chrome inside). There are a few grille options also.
