2001 F150 Fast Idle

I have 2001 Ford F150 4X2 with 4.2 engine, automatic with 25,000 miles. My question is how do I adjust the idle speed? It seems to be running too fast. When I am stopped with my foot on the brake it is constantly pulling to go. Also when I let my foot off the brake, the truck takes off, running about 30 MPH without touching the gas pedal. Can anyone help me????

The idle is not adjustable but you should try looking for a vacuum leak and i would also recommend pulling off the IAC (idle air controller) to make sure its not stuck...
