Really, I was hopin to get a set and see some more numbers.

I do have the D66, yes it is the Dominator from Beans, but its not for your truck its for the OBS 7.3l. I enjoy it very much. Worth every penny. They are on back order right now and Bean says he's tryin to get them up for sale again within the month but at this point he's pretty swamped. I liked it cause it was a direct bolt on turbo for my truck, but if I was you I would get a phat shaft turbo from Jobe Performance, they have a 96mm inducer, and they're supposed to be bad frickin ***.

yes I talked to dusty at beans and it does fit the early 99..he said with split shots I should see 450 HP and no surge. dusty said in the next couple weeks it will be back on the shelf..but I just hooked with a fellow FTE 'R and parts are on the way to up date my early 99 to a later 99 using 01 parts..( thanks Pete) I was just wondering how you liked the D 66..thanks for the info..wish I could tell you more about the headers.. good luck..

Your correct, Miscommunication on my end. it will fit your truck, the turbo i have will not fir the 99.5 and newer rigs. they do make one for the 99.5+ trucks. So yes since you have the early 99 this is the best way to go and you'll really enjoy it. I make 412hp with stage 1's and the D66. Thing sounds great at 40psi

Well, you can even get a D66 for your newer 2001 setup you got now. Just got done reading about your little scenario. Been there, done that. I wanted to go with the H2E kit but I let Bean talk me into this one and I haven't regreted it yet.
