351W redline
Does anyone know an approximate redline setting for my 85 Bronco? I am running a stock 351W, 4bbl, with a C6 tranny and 3.5 rear end. I use the truck for towing snowmobiles through the mountains asd also commuting on the highway. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I think the redline for pushrod motors w/push in rocker studs was 5k. If you had screw-in studs, which I've not seen from Ford on a 351W, they were usually 6150 or so.

80 Mustang Ghia 65k 302/4spd/posi, lots xtras
84 C4 17k Z51 4+3 not a Ford, gotta go
89 XR7 5spd well loved lots of life left
93 SHO 111k MTX ~immac too good to sit
