i just stripped my 72 f-250 4x4 and still not sure about the new color.i thought burnt orange from hot rod flatz, but i would like to hear some opinions.thanks!
I have a 4X4 also. I decided to go with "Performance Red" from the 1995 F-150. I was between the red and a Blue. I guess the redneck in me liked the red a little more.
my truck doesnt have any moldings so its not as easy to have two diferent colors, which i think looks great.black would look ballzy for sure.please keep posting!!
if you like black look at my gallery. 1971 F250 4x4, no moldings, solid blck. it looked great when i first had it painted, and it still looks pretty darn sharp if i say so myself, but black is a high maintanance color. white also looks really good on em. theres a new ford color its a really deep gray would look sweet on one of these old pickups so does red and dark blue though. i guess most any color would look really good on these pickups as long as its not too out there
well, mines jd green right now, but hoping to redo it someday, i like a silver/turquoise like on the latest of the lmc mag. Also thought about turquise/white top, white hood like some of 'em were back in the day i think from the factory.
