Back pressure sounds
I have an 03 f350 with the 6.0 diesel nd it has started to make a soud that sounds like when my 88 f250 with the 460 had a cat converter get plugged. I was just wondering if a diesel has a cat conveter or if this problem could be some were else on the truck.

The other two trucks that I have had this problem on have sounded kinda like a stopped up vaccume cleaner. Then came the power lose and then they got to he point were they would not go over 15 mph. Will it hurt the truck if I were to just clean the cat ouut like I have on the other two trucks?
