I was aware of the journal sizes, but are they strong enough for any type of performance.
The 300 rods at 6.2 are too short for the tall deck 351M/400. Thats not what I was asking. 6.2" provided the strength is there might work for a W or a C long rod. The 240 rod is 6.79 and might work in a M/400 if strong enough. I have seen some references to using them, but personally have my doubts about their strength----that still is my question
They may not be worth all this trouble---
