need help with plate on block
i pick up a motor from a locaal scrap yard and it has a plate on the block with some numbers i never seen this before can any one tell what it is and maybe what they mean

I've seen on some reman heads and blocks there are thing's that are stuck to the engiine that fall off if the engine overheats. To naturally void any warranty. Maybe you have something like that.
