Holley model #?
I have been searching all over the net (and this forum) for a model for my List #. Can any one out there tell me the model # for a Holley carb printed with LIST-9834 and 2625 under it? I have been able to find 9834 on a list# sheet! please help me I am confused.
It needs to be rebuilt but I am not sure which kit # to buy.

9834 An emissions 600cfm 4bbl. I believe that it has a reverse idle circuit so that the idle mixture screws work backwards. In is richer and out is leaner. I had one on a 85 Mustang GT. It ran really good on there.
Is it a -1, -2 or -3 after the 0-9834? if 2 or 3, then it has 68 jets stock. If -1, then it has 661 which is an exact 66.

no -# after 9834. Will a 4160 rebuild kit work on this? Would this carb be ok for my 79 351M with a

I know this is an old thread, but I came across it while searching for my own carb help. Long story short, I was given a Holley carb and I want to know if it will be sufficient for the build I'm about to begin on an 81 351M I'm converting to a 400.
The carb box has the part number 65-9834 on the outside. I did a search at Holley's website and didn't come up with anything. Thanks in advance for any help.
