A little more info on the truck would be helpful, ie build date, mileage, tuned or not, any other mods.
But i am betting on sticking turbo blades causing an overboost situation. This should be a warranty item. If they cannot clean the turbo sufficiently, they will replace it. Also if they are doing head gaskets for you, see if they will install ARP headbolts if you supply them.
