My wife would love to plan if needed.

Bottom line is, we'll keep this thread open and those who want to meet will meet. I didn't expect everyone to sign up but I expected a few more people including some of the most active people here..oh well, we're going strong and with your vote, we're up to 26 people.
Hell, if we can get together 10 people I'll go. That'll be fun..
My suggestion is we keep this open for awhile and then meet in the fall. Summer is too damn hot and at the same time, we have time to organize everything.

Looks like your doing pretty good to me. 26 in 4 days. At that rate you'll have over 140 by the end of May.
There are a lot of Canadians in the Fl panhandle in the winter!

Really? Not to be a downer, but I'm not surprised at all.
There is an annual event held for all Lightning owners in Kansas, about as central as can be for all Lightning owners.
The whole weekends festivities center around drag racing, with weekend long events planned to keep everyone happy. The annual event is held by a national UBB type forum, and is usually attended by the major Lightning vendors and supporters. It's even received major magazine coverage from Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords, as well as the new magazine, Ford Performance Trucks.
With all of that, you'd think the event would be overflowing with Lightning owners, with the track busting at the seams with hundreds of trucks, right? Unfortunately not. It's so poorly attended, the people who put it on never commit to another year until after a few months after the event is over.
