Fuel Filter - Change it. I change mine at every oil change or I encounter the same problems. You might have sediment in the fuel tank. Filters are cheap and easy. I would try that first.
I have a 1989 Bronco with the 351 and was experiencing the same problem. Some members have suggested replacing the fuel pump on the outside of the tank, others suggested replacing the one in the tank. Others suggested replacing the fuel pump relay. I ran into the cause of my problem by accident. I found the wires in the socket that the relay plugs into were full of corrosion. I replaced the pigtail and haven't had a problem since. These are the only suggestions I can give you. I know a lot of people have had this problem with their broncos so you're not alone.
