57 / 60 horn assembly ????

57 / 60 horn assembly ????
Stupid me i took the horn button apart several weeks ago realign the steering wheel and now i can't figure out how it goes back together I might have lost a part.
The assembly i have is such.........
1 copper plate covers the wheel retaining nut and holds the power wire
2 copper "star" plate slightly cupped, fingers of star touching the wire in center.
3 horn button, push and turn to lock.
Should there be a coiled spring between steps 2 and 3 to hold the horn button "up" or did i lose the spring ??
Major frustration over something so simple.
