They cut the frame right in front of the bed from another truck cleaned up that frame done the mods that allow the hydraulics to sit above the original truck frame. and not interfere with the drive shaft and rear axle. it is hinged at that back just like a dump truck.
As for the truck....its been on here before....FYI it is owned by a site member so watch it lol...I still love the duct tape door panel patch on it .
