I found it... I'll just quote it for you. The Center-High-Mount-Stop-Light circuit has it's own wire in the back... Hope this helps. I think all or our SD's have this wire BTW.

Not only is it right there, it jumps into your hand when ya reach up there. Seriously, jumped under there and found the bundle and that green wire in less than 10 seconds. It's right where the driver side frame rail and trailer receiver join (the two large bolts in the pic are what attaches the receiver to the frome). The lead has a big label right on it "High Mount Brake Light". Once found, I was even then able to just reach it from topside via the gap between the bumper and body.
The project is done, took 30 minutes including reconnoitering;
