e4od woes 2to1 downshift clunk
Ok fellas heres the deal this tranny has 70.000 miles on it and not always but at times when it down shifts from 2 to1 it clunks how normal is this. It shifts fine just every once and again on the downshift i get a clunk like you feel it down shift.Played with the tps set it dead on, high, low same deal not always but its definatly in that downshift . Please give me some input do they all do it ocaisionally any help would be apprieceated thanks Richie. Ps tranny has a banks command on it i bypassed it thinking maybe line pressure is to high and same deal

My transmission manual troubleshooting guide for 2-1 Downshift harsh: CB14 check ball missing-plate seat damaged. Have you changed your fluid and filter reciently, could be some fuzz developing in you valve body.
