It's an exhuast leak alright!

Well, I found it...

The leak is right in the middle of the Exhaust flange on the passenger side.

I think the manifold is actually OK, but the flange on the "Y" pipe looks like it might be mangled up a bit. I'll know more when I get a chance to take it apart.

I'll update then.

Update...

The last exhaust manafold bolt (closest to the firewall) is broken and the flared end of the "Y" pipe is bent and/or mangled.

I'll have to completely remove the exhaust manifold to get to the broken bolt .
(I can't wait to see how many others I break in the process )

I don't really know what to do about the "Y" pipe flare/flange...

Anyone got any ideas?
Is it easy to bend the flare back into round? Should I just take it to an exhaust shop and let them fix it?

Help.
