It's an exhuast leak alright!
Well, I found it...
The leak is right in the middle of the Exhaust flange on the passenger side.
I think the manifold is actually OK, but the flange on the "Y" pipe looks like it might be mangled up a bit. I'll know more when I get a chance to take it apart.

Update...
The last exhaust manafold bolt (closest to the firewall) is broken and the flared end of the "Y" pipe is bent and/or mangled.
I'll have to completely remove the exhaust manifold to get to the broken bolt
.
(I can't wait to see how many others I break in the process
)

Is it easy to bend the flare back into round? Should I just take it to an exhaust shop and let them fix it?
