alright 1988 Ford F-250 460 auto 4x4, decided it ain't gonna start. New starter,alternator, battery ,solenoid ,ignition switch. At first I had a fast clicking like by starter side, now nothing happens dash lights don't come on door chime works when it wants. Fuel pumps don't click on either. Nor the computer So any ideas

 

My truck did that for awhile. Turn the key, nothing. So a push button starter was installed, you turn the key and then push the button to start.


Turns out it was a short to the ignition switch, tracked it down and patched it up and it went away.

Yep, I'd check to make sure you don't have a short somewhere between the ignition switch and the starter solenoid, or the starter solenoid and the battery.
