the new step gate

Will the new step gate fit on a 2005 superduty? I seen one at the race this Sunday and it was cool. Would love to have one.

It is not a direct fit. Someone posted a couple weeks ago how to do it.

I think they go right on, you just have to do some modifying if you want the spring deal to make it go up easier

They are a Direct Fit. I would love to but an 08' tailgate on my 04'. One problem, its way to much money! your love at over 1 grand after paint and everything.I Work in parts here at a dealership and have already priced it out.

YIKES!!! Guess my current tail gate looks pretty good after all.

I gotta admit, climbing up the wheel/tire to get into the bed is exercise! LMAO

A cheaper alternative to an 08 tailgate. http://www.stepnseat.com/

An even cheaper alternative sans handle. http://www.accessconnect.com/tire_step.htm

Well, certainly looks functional, but man, it sure is ugly!

And this one looks barely functional, and way ugly. Of course that's just my opinion. I think I'll wait to find a good deal on the integrated step.

Isn't that nuts. I priced out a few weeks ago and almost soiled myself. The option alone on a new truck is $375 if memory is correct.
