ckal704 and others: Picked up the B&S carb kit for $7.50. Put in the needle, its new seat and a few other parts. Took it out tonight and mowed without any problem. I didn't realize how much power the thing had lost with the fuel problem.

When I first looked down the hole at the needle seat, I thought it was brass and must have been pressed in and didn't have a clue how to take it out. You guys talked me through it...thanks so much!

Glad you got it going sorry I didn't answer sooner but I think I missed a day on here,I am busy closing down my shop and trying to get a bunch of customers mowers that are there finished at the same time.As a matter of fact I did five carb jobs on the same motor yesterday.
