New CPS coming from ford! $25!!!!

$400!?!?!?!!! for a CPS? If that's what the dealer charged to replace that then I'd go back and tell them to take it out. You no longer want it. Don't know if you can actually do that but good grief, it takes 5 minutes to change it. I know they charge $150+ for the stupid things so that's $300+ for 5 minutes labor.
I'm going to start a business.
DAVE'S CPS SHOP. I'll get rich.

Cps Question
I Had Wished That Everyone Would Tell Me The 96 Required A Goldplated One That Was Made In Very Limited Numbers And Had To Be Ordered By A Special Person In Mich. Now I Know That The Service Manager Needs A Hex Put On Him. I Hope His Wife Runs Off With An Ape Driving A Chev. Thanks For The Input. I Will Keep It Sane.

Yes. In fact, this would be a great place to post resumes. Must have experience with attaching a 10mm socket to a ratchet. My plan is to charge only $250 to replace these and for marketing purposes we'll offer free blinker fluid checks since the blinker fluid reservoir is right next to the cps. We'll put the dealers out of business! I'm placing an order for 100,000 units tomorrow. Anybody care to invest in this sure-to-succeed venture?

Thanks for the tip bellvillebus but the vanes themselfs have rust and other buildup on them. This is an 04 and I guess they redesigned the vanes on later models to prevent this from happening. (click here)

Well what I would do is make sure you remember who told you what then when they get about 100 of them into stock one day go on in and tell them "I told you so" these sensors are real and will be hitting shelves soon. From what I hear there are about 8000 of them sitting in distribution center some where waiting to go out!
