There are a couple of other filters out there that come to mind--Racor which manufactures our oem fuel / water separators and Fleetguard which is part of Cummins has a line systems for everybody. This includes fuel, oil, transmission and coolant bypass systems. I personally have installed the Fleetguard FS 20000 fuel/water separator w/ additive tablets for lubricity, which eliminates using additives for the tank. And second to that I have added a Racor LS801 for oil bypass. The bottom line is use the brand that makes you happy, it can only help us add longevity to our engines.

If I have learned anything since joining this site last fall, it is filter... filter... filter.... and then filter again! Keeping our fuilds clean will certainly add engine life.
