Oil filter relocation
Has anyone installed an Oil filter relocation system on their truck? More specifically has anyone done this on a 2001 F150 with a 5.4 liter? I'm trying to speed up oil change time and so I figure the relocation system plus the oil draining system that I just purchased should do the trick. Anyway, if you have it please let me know how well you like it and where you installed it.

Dale this question does pop up in here sometimes so if you do a search you'll probably find some more info.
Some trucks in 98 and 99 (I think) had remote filters from the factory. The filter was in front of the L/F wheel, in behind the bumper. It was very easy to get at
I suppose you could buy all the parts from Ford to convert to that system but an aftermarket kit would probably be a lot cheaper.
