Brake Problem on 85 F150

I replaced the master cylinder, brake booster, all brake lines and hoses. I then bled the system after installing the above mention parts. There was good pressure on brake pedal. Started the engine and the pedal lost all the pressure and went to the floor. Any ideas how to fix this?

I tried searching for a solution but was not successful.

Did you happen to take the rod out of the booster that goes to the master cylinder? I believe in the instructions they warn if you do this, a little disc inside can get out of place and mess up the booster.

The only recommendation I have is to keep bleeding the rear. I was surprised how much bleeding it took to clear the rear line of air. It took all the fluid in the master cylinder to bleed the rear line. How do I know this? Just as I got all the air out of the rear line, the fluid ran out of the master cylinder and I had to start all over.

I know what you mean. It took at least a dozen pumps to get rid of the air in the rear lines. Now i am working on the fronts. It also helps to have the engine running. I hope this will resolve my issues.
