Under dry and the right conditions the place would really go up in smoke.
I don`t think any gas would be needed but it would be a bonus, the dammed fire dept would probably get there a little too soon.
Then it would be up to the dept. of health to step in.
The other thing that may of helped my neighbor to clean up is me helping him sell his old car bodies. But he has such a nice place and he has all these electrical motors, streetlights, old lawnmowers and rototillers and lots of scrap metal and lumber. I been helping him with some of it to my place. ( only stuff I can use or need). 2nd he had his place appraise this spring. When you first enter his place and around the house is like a park. But get back to his trees he has 40 years of stuff accumulated from his job at Inland steel before retiring.
The appraiser said his place is worth $380,000 but if he got rid of all the stuff he has it would be nearly $500,000
It has 2 quonset shops, one heated and the other with dirt floor. well treed all around the place.
He also has an antique wood plow that my wife wants. I'm finding more stuff there.
He does not want to do an auction thing, yet he wants me to help go througfh a lot of his sheds and old Pepsi trucks and sort stuff out. I looked in one and it had Desoto parts and industrial metal shelvings.
He has a set of drive up ramps that a 3 ton truck could drive on. He wants 100 for them. You need a crew of 6 guys to lift each ramp.
No complaints from his neighbors, just he realises that he has to get the place cleaned if he wants to sell in the near future.
