funny thing about all that emmissions crap, the automakers spend so much time and money into it, then guys like me buy a truck and strip the stuff off it anyway... can anyone say "lost cause" ... ??
They wont in sask for many years yet. Hell down here in the lower mainland, it doesnt help anyways. There is days when you cant see the mountain a few miles away, cause of all the smog in the way.
Hopefully it will be a long while before smog testing or yearly saftey inspections.
At least it`s not like parts of the States were you are not allowed to have project vehicles stored in your back yard.
Once there is a complaint trouble can start.
It`s amazing though, one of the nieghbour`s has a yard full of total junk that looks like a badly managed land fill and hasn`t been made to clean it up.
lol...yeah, there's a yard on the way to regina, at duff i think, its just a dump. right on the side of the highway too...quite nasty!! another one south of here, the guy used to have a wrecker site, but now its just a boneyard. lots of old fords in there!! i should go take a look, maybe there's one that'll turn over...
Yeah ive seen a few guy's yards that need cleanup badly around stoon. Its weird that someone doesnt make them clean that up. Most are pretty good though.
Old vehicles is one thing but this yard is full of old pieces of lumber, paper, bits of used siding, broken pallets, scrape tin ect., all just plain useless garbage. He has .83 acres with about 40 acres of garbage.
It`s impossible to find anything worth taking home.
I get this almost over powering urge to throw a match at it every time I go by.
