Well, after waiting some time I finally got my hands on a set of H13 XV bulbs for my truck (there were only 2 packs on the rack and I grabbed one, guy behind me grabbed the other pack ) I then saw the SS 9145 fog light upgrades. Only 2 of them there.........guy behind me...let's just say he was a little . I just turned and said "sorry" .
After I get done with another project I'm working on I'll get them installed. I really don't need the bulbs now as it isn't getting dark until about 10 pm now, but I figured I might as well get them now while I can.
I might have to do some midnight driving and see how much of a difference they make.
The H13XV bulbs cost me about $26 for the set. The SS 9145 cost me about $26 for each. All told with tax I spent about $82.00 Got them from my local Schucks. Around here they don't seem to stock that many. When the get on the shelves they leave the shelves pretty quick. Glad I was there waiting for the store to open....
