NE Texas Weather

We had some fun weather up around Dallas this afternoon and evening. I caught this picture of what seemed to be a 'wall' of clouds moving east over my house, thought it looked cool and thought I'd share it with ya'll. Maybe somebody knows the proper term for it.

Comments welcome. I know my photography is .

cool pic, reminds me of the storms we had when i lived in ks.

i seen some videos of the hail they got around there.

where i am at it seems any big storm always misses (knock on wood), they either go north or south.

Lol thanks for that Glenn...very helpful.

The best part of last night was calling the automated weather at the airport and hearing it say "wind 241 at 38 (knots) peak gusts 63 (knots)". Not something I usually hear.

The rain was coming down and the wind blowing so I backed my Ranger out onto the drive and let nature give me a car wash.

Haha...only you Dono, only you. I had my truck safely inside the garage.

Speaking of which, she's pretty muddy, might have to go wash her tonight.
