351 Head Swap

I have a 351 with bad heads but a good bottom end. I have a pair of good used 400 heads. Will they work on the 351m engine.

they are the same head, nothing different at all

Yes they'll bolt right on with no problems....are they 100% identical, that I'm not sure on. But I wouldn't worry about it.

depending upon the years of the heads, you may or may not find A.I.R. passages for the emissions equipment. if you don't need the passages they can be plugged. if you need the passages for testing and/or visual inspection and they aren't there, you could have a problem...
