Tuning software

Is there any tuning software i can buy for my laptop for my 97 powerstroke there was sniper tuning or whatever but they didnt have any software for my 97 any help?

sniper is the only one I have heard of. They don't work with a 97? thats dumb. really though a dp tuner or tony wildman chip will be a better choice. Sniper would fun to play with but if you really want good power those guys are the guru's
