I have 93 F150 and today it would not start. I have pinned it down to a fuel injection problem. I can get it started if I use a shot of starting fluid, but it idles @ way way to fast. I can put it in gear and it drives but still runs way to fast and when I put it back in park it runs like I have the accelarator stomped. After I shut the engine back off it will not start unless I use starting fluid. Please let me know if you have any tips.

Sounds like a bad Fuel Pressure Regulator.
You might want to check your fuel pressure and see if it is way high.
If it is this can also destroy the valves in your non-selected fuel delivery module if you have dual tanks.
1993 had a lot of bad regulators.
