I understand there are two CPS for '97 PSD. How can I tell that I have the right one or is there only one for '97? I found p/n # F7THZ-12K073-A on ebay for '97 -'03. The last #'s on my vin are C46801 if this helps.
the one ebay seems to be the correct number. the number you posted has an extra digit in there that doesn't belong. there are only 4 digits in the first set of ford part numbers
Thanx for the help TJ. That "H" was a typo on my part...sorry. I found one here in town for $138.00 is that average for being able to pick it up 1 mile away insted of ordering it off the internet? I found them as high as $189.00 at NAPA. Also for $138.00 it has a lifetime warranty, I didn't think that was all that bad.
Ebay, you should not pay more then 60 bux. I have bought a few from there, I don't know how they do it, but they are real sealed CPS units from Ford, I have one running in my truck right now.
