Got an odd rattle in my dash it sounds like "bb's bouncing around in a plastic vial" It started this after I replaced vacuum sensors to my egr and thermactor. Also seems vacuum related. It does not rattle at idle and only a little if I rev the motor in park. Put it in drive and it will rattle from 1000 rpm until it reaches a shift point. It will stop and then resume as rpms rise. Steady rattle at cruise.
Hard to pinpoint but seems to be coming from behind the heat control panel. Are there any vacuum lines or actuators in there? Its not pre-detonation and no amount of banging on the dash makes a difference. Truck runs fine and replacing the egr/thermactor vacuum switches cureed my earlier detonation problem. Any clues? Thanks
