Looks awesome! I love finned aluminum valve covers, especially the no name ones!!
Theylook really cool when you paint between the fins the same color as the engine

Those are mid 60's vintage Cal Custom aluminum covers. I actually didn't go with roller rockers just so I could use them!
So the engine is in, running like a top (or scalded dog if you prefer). I couldn't resist the temptation so while I was at it I installed air conditioning. I moved the "magic air" heater controls to the passenger side of center and mounted the evaporator a little off center. I only moved it about an inch to the right and I can still utilize my cowl vent!
The stock manifolds have been replaced with some "patriot" headers from Sacremento Vintage Ford and the A/C is a "daily driver" kit from Mustangs Unlimited. The A/C is very similar in appearance to the mid 60's dealer installed under dash units. It was designed for Mustang but the kit comes with everything you need to put it into any small block v-8 Ford application. Pulleys, brackets, wiring harness, compressor, evaporator, condensor, hoses, etc.. All you have to do is have it evacuated and charged, and since I do refrigeration for a living I didn't have to pay anyone for that.
I will have pics up by Sunday of the whole project. My wife ran off with the digital camera due to an event at the museum tonight.
