You'll probably need new axles if you are going to be offroad any.

i would say the DR 12.5 inch lift with a 3 inch body lift would be ur best bet. im running 49s with 10 inch springs 2 inch shackles up front and 1 inch bigger in rear with out noj cutting on a 99 250 u will have to def. get differnt axles for wheeling i would not even wheel with it to many things will brake them 54s are just pavement pounders i was thinking about gettin them i still might down the line but the 49s are nice irocs but yeah with the 12.5 and 3 inch body lift and no wheeling u will fit them but a lot of moding is going to have to be done hope i helped.. stephen
No lift, just hack big holes in the side of your bed and take off your front fenders. Thats far more impressive and respectable then actually having the 54's with gay amounts of lift.
