Fuel Filter
I changed my fuel filter on my 05 screw last night. I was noticing a slight tumble on idle with the truck in gear. It is completely gone and the throttle response is improved. I followed the article and the instructions were very helpful. I found that the truck ran a lot longer after I tripped the fuel inertia switch than I thought it would, and I had to buy the steel removal tool because the plastic one did not remove the lines from the filter. The tool was only 7.99 at auto zone. My filter had filth in it also, I have 41K and will change it sooner next time.

I've heard 15K is a good change interval for our fuel filters. I've only got 7K on mine and notice an idle issue. One the dealer says is normal, of course.... So I'm thinking I'll try the filter and see what happens.
