Another cold start question

I bought my '05 about a month and a half ago. It currently has the buzz flash. I havn't been on here in a couple weeks but last I read people still weren't sure if the new inductive heating flash was better for the truck than the buzz flash or if it was just an annoyance issue. My truck idles a little rough for a minute or so when cold, even in milder temps (40-45 degrees). In the experience I've had with my dad's older diesels they all ran a little rough when cold. It seems like the other posters on this issue have more cold start problems than I do. The truck doesn't seem to be sluggish in the morning but I usually let it wrm up for 5 to 10 minutes so it shouldn't be an issue. I guess after all this rambling, my question is should I get the newest flash or not.
