I used it back last summer. I didn't really notice anything special about it. At the time I was on and off the beach after work, so I could never really tell if milage increased or not. Since then I switched over to DK since it was cheaper and easier to purchase.

i've used that stuff before, my truck seemed to like it and it seems to work just as good as any other aditive i have tried. RBP seems to be popular in southern california, I see alot of there stickers on trucks driving around.

I have almost finished my second bottle of RBP (the one with the higher cetane boost). Honestly have not seen better fuel mileage using it. Can't really tell the difference with or without. I personally think the DK grey bottle has given me the best results for mileage but I have no numbers available. I have also used Ford's additive. The one thing good about RBP is the handy no mess bottle.

Wow.. I see your in New Hampshire, but I would have to think that it is warm enough for your truck to start (the same) with or without an additive???

I am sure it is fine to use, but it does carry a higher cost per ounce factor.

Regardless of brand used, to use it "part-time" does no good. It must be 100% of the time to keep things clean, provide for cetane boost and for lubricity of the pump and injectors.

I personally use PowerService (grey and white bottles) year round and the cost per ounce is reasonable and I use it more for the lubricity benefits than anything.

yes beach it is warm enough to start ( ive never had a cold start issue), i meant if it sits overnight it seems to star alot sooner than ever? I have been using dk white/grey whatever the season since day one, i now have a little over 24k on the ticker, and the bottle of rbp additive should last me a while? its a 30 ounce bottle i belive, and you use one ounce per fill up...

Im pretty set on using howes anymore, I got sick of the powerservice bottles leaking all the time and the potent smell and mess it makes, plus the big bottles are a hassle to pour in. Ive used alot of different ones and cant really tell a difference in performance.

Wow... 1 ounce per 27 gallons or so does not seem like much protection or benefit?? Seems like such a low percentage rate?
