Is stage 3 really ok?

Ive got a Hypertech computer and was wondering your thoughts on stage 3.
Is it safe? Is there a danger of well, blowing the motor? Can the 2000 auto trans handle the torque? Any long term thing to look for or additional maintenance neccessarry? I now have it on stage 2 and she pulls a full 22'
Toy Box without breaking a sweat.

What else have you done?
Get gauges and drive by them. EGT, Boost, Tranny are the most important.
Yes you can blow the motor, no your transmission won't hold up.

I bought the truck with 4" banks, Hyperchip, larger wheels. I installed the shift kit and larger trans pan at the suggestion of the trans shop and past experience with the old E40D ( three trans rebuilds in only 175K miles). Next on the list is a trans cooler and gauges. I'll stay away from stage 3 as 2 is plenty for my needs. The trans is really my biggest concern.
