Day running lights

I'd like to add daytime running lights. I've got a 99 f250 sd crewcab.
Anyone have input as to the best way, and where to get some? Can i make fog lights work somehow?

for my 05 I purchased a ford drl module and installed myself. Hardest part is trackin down the proper wires. Once you do that it is an hour install

Ford Accessories (fordaccessories.com) lists the module for $72.47. I am willing to bet that some of the site sponsors would have a slightly better price.

I purchased and installed an Auto Barn # HOP20013VA that has your high beams on reduced voltage for $30 plus $7 shipping.

I wired it to the heater fan and when it is off the DRL is off. That way there is no drain on the battery when starting.
