to everyone who gave me some pointers, just wanted to say thanx, you have been very helpful...advice has been great.
the choke adjustment worked out.....thanx franklin2. also the advice about the kickdown rod was helpful. i'm glad i came across this website by accident....

May I suggest you ask a Moderator to merge this post to your other thread so people know what you are the thanking them for.
User's are encouraged to keep everything from start to finish in ONE thread even if they have to search 5 pages to fnd it ,instead of starting new threads.
