Trailer electrical problem - '96 F150

All:

(I gotta know that there are at least 100 posts about this but, in 17 pages of the best search I could do, I couldn't find it...)

I have an F150 and the stop/turn lights don't work. The running lights do.

I found the relays for the lights in the aux panel under the hood and swapped out the relays that were clicking with the turn signal and no help. It seems to me that one side of this relay contact should be hot and it's not - so, I presume there's another fuse, relay upstream but I've not been able to locate it thus far.

Does someone have a diagram/picture/schematic/advice that could help me figure out what's upstream in the power supply?

I've checked all the fuses - both visual and with continuity checker - and all seems well but, obviously not...

Many thanx for your help and, again, sorry for posting what I presume is a newbie question (but, then, I'm a newbie...).

Thanx again,
Lew

There is a 25 amp fuse in the power distribution box under the hood that provides power to the trailer lights via the relay that you've already replaced and tested. The owners manual (below, page 358) doesn't show what position though.
